DFW Home Relaunch is a property-review offering from David D McElroy Real Estate LLC. David D McElroy is the broker handling relaunch-plan requests.
Information you provide
The request form collects your name, property address, email, optional phone number, listing details, and consent selections. It also records the website and campaign source, consent-text version, and, when JavaScript is enabled, a submission timestamp and campaign parameters included in the link you used. Please do not submit financial account information, identification numbers, passwords, or confidential documents.
How your information is used
Your information is used to review and respond to your request, ask for relevant listing details, prepare your personal plan, and maintain a record of your contact preferences. Submitting the form authorizes email follow-up about this request. The separate optional email-series checkbox requests David’s 23-part home-relaunch video tips, at most one marketing email per day, subject to email-quality and suppression checks. You can unsubscribe at any time. Requesting the plan alone does not enroll you.
Phone and text preferences
Phone and text follow-up about this request is based on the optional consent checkbox. Calls may use Sarah, David McElroy’s AI assistant, with an AI-generated voice. You may request that contact stop by emailing info@relistdfw.com. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase, sale, or receiving brokerage services.
Service providers and storage
The website and form are hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes submissions and may use technical data and spam-screening services to operate and protect the form. Information may also be handled by the brokerage’s email, n8n automation, Vapi AI-calling, email-verification, and recordkeeping service providers as needed to respond. Access should be limited to people and service providers supporting the request. No advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies are included in this site.
Your choices
You may ask to correct your submitted information, stop follow-up, or request deletion by contacting info@relistdfw.com or 817-966-9495. Requests are subject to applicable recordkeeping duties. You may request a plan without agreeing to phone or text contact.
What the plan covers
The review considers available listing information, nearby competition, and the details you supply. Missing showing feedback, inspection information, or other facts may limit the conclusions. The downloadable worksheet is general guidance and is not a completed property-specific analysis, appraisal, inspection, or guarantee.
A personal plan is prepared after review; it is not promised instantly or by a fixed deadline. No sale price, sale date, offer, or other result is guaranteed. Requesting a plan does not create a listing agreement, representation agreement, or brokerage relationship. This service is intended for properties that are no longer actively listed.
